Why does Derma Active only use the Candela Gentlelase Plus hair removal system?

Firstly, it is the only laser that uses a Dynamic Cooling Device.  GentleLASE Plus unique, integrated Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD) is based on proprietary Candela technology.

Dynamic cooling emits a highly focused spray of coolant on the patient’s skin milliseconds before each laser pulse.  This makes the treatment very comfortable and protects the skin.
